About

The practice of becoming well through time.

The Regenerative Studio is a microneedling practice. Federica Mingotti delivers highly personal, assessment-led microneedling care today, while building a studio designed to welcome practitioners in — so the standard of care can grow beyond any one clinician’s calendar.

Philosophy

Philosophy of care

Care here is unhurried, precise, and relational. People are met as whole — through listening, assessment, and individualized planning before any treatment pathway opens.

Microneedling at the studio begins with listening: Online Assessment, practitioner review, and Initial Consultation before any treatment pathway opens. Outcomes are never promised; presence, clarity, and individualized planning are.

Recognition

Recognition through care

When skin care is paced and clinically guided, clarity returns about what is appropriate. When clarity returns, choice becomes possible.

You reclaim access to how you want to feel and show up in your own skin.

Personal care

What microneedling care supports

Five clear intentions — each paired with a concern assessment-led care is built to address — presented as one clinical frame.

Restore

Active Acne

Support the skin environment around active breakouts — inflammation, surrounding tissue, and clinically appropriate management. Microneedling of active inflammatory lesions is not assumed; assessment determines what is safe to do now.

  • Refine · Acne Scar Remodeling Support atrophic scarring, post-acne irregularity, and collagen remodeling through paced clinical care — a different strategy from active inflammatory acne.
  • Renew · Fine Lines + Collagen Support fine lines, elasticity, and collagen induction with a multi-phase clinical plan — never framed as reversal or erasure.
  • Revive · Sun Damage + Pigmentation Support uneven tone, sun-related damage, hyperpigmentation, and melasma with clinically appropriate pigment management — individualized because pigment biology varies.
  • Regrow · Scalp Vitality Support thinning, scalp microenvironment, and the hair-growth cycle through a structured restoration pathway — progress tracked over time, scope confirmed clinically.

Why The Regenerative Studio

The Regenerative Studio is the practice of becoming well through time. We don't practice anti-aging. We practice regenerative aging.

Studio signals more than a room: a cultivated practice environment with standards, pathways, and systems that can be taught, staffed, and carried forward — considered and calm, never high-volume aesthetics.

Building the studio

Beginning with her hands — built to stay consistent

Federica is founding this practice by delivering care herself. That is deliberate: early clinical relationships set the tone for presence, clarity, and integrity before capacity expands.

The aim is a studio whose standards outlast any single calendar — so the care you receive stays paced, assessment-led, and recognizable as you, even as the practice grows.

Practitioner pathways stay open for people who share that standard — a paced invitation into the work. If you are exploring joining, begin on Careers.

Background

Professional background

Federica Mingotti is a nationally board-certified and Virginia state-licensed acupuncturist. She holds a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Lotus Professional College in Richmond, and a certificate in Cosmetic Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She practices within the scope of her professional licensure through Ming Acupuncture, LLC.

At The Regenerative Studio, her clinical focus is microneedling: Online Assessment, Initial Consultation, eligibility decisions, and guided multi-phase pathways for healthy aging, scar revision, and hair and scalp support when appropriate. She is building the operating rhythm of that care now — so future practitioners can step into the same standards.

After a decade in the corporate world, she knows how chronic stress can quietly disconnect people from their own bodies. That lived experience shapes how she practices: with calm attention, clear listening, and care planned around what matters most to you.

Her path began in Italy, sparked by a deep interest in plants and a growing unease with the mind–body split she saw in conventional health culture. Intensive herbal study led to three years of naturopathy at Scuola Ting Spazzavento, then two years of energetic nutrition at Scuola Tao. After moving to the U.S. in 2018, she trained in massage therapy and completed advanced study in Oriental medicine. That formation informs her clinical judgment in microneedling care.

Outside the studio, she finds restoration outdoors. Time in nature keeps her close to the rhythms she works to honor in care.

Areas of focus

Healthy aging

A five-phase microneedling pathway oriented around texture, fine lines, and radiance — with Online Assessment and Initial Consultation before any treatment phase begins. Regenerative aging, not anti-aging: vitality that still looks like you.

Acne & scar revision

Structured microneedling care for acne scarring and uneven texture, planned across phases with recovery support between visits. Enrollment does not skip clinical eligibility.

Hair & scalp support

Microneedling and related scalp-oriented care when clinically indicated, with progress tracked across a structured pathway.

Assessment-led entry

New patients begin with the Online Assessment. Clear screening continues to Phase 1 payment; a few answers wait for practitioner review. A brief Initial Consultation with a Microneedling Test still precedes the five-session program — so care opens only when it is appropriate.
