Licensed Esthetician
Eligibility
Active Virginia esthetician license (or clear path to Virginia eligibility) and comfort with paced, assessment-led regenerative aesthetics — not spa-menu retail.
Fit
Calm presence with clients, precise technique, and willingness to work within a structured care pathway under studio standards.
Licensed Acupuncturist
Eligibility
Virginia state-licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac.) with national board certification preferred; scope-appropriate clinical judgment and relational care.
Fit
Unhurried listening, integrity about suitability and limits, and alignment with regenerative — not transactional — practice culture.
Other eligible practitioner
Eligibility
Licensed or credentialed professionals whose training supports the studio’s regenerative work and who can practice within Virginia requirements for their role.
Fit
Clear credentials, collaborative temperament, and respect for the studio’s values: integrity, wholeness, curiosity, excellence, compassion, and evolution.
