First visit
What to expect when you begin care.
New microneedling patients begin with Online Assessment, then a brief in-person Initial Consultation after Phase 1 payment. The consultation includes a Microneedling Test and an Eligibility Decision before Phase 1 treatment. Allow time for orientation.
Microneedling
No. Suitability depends on skin presentation, health history, medications, and other factors. Every new patient completes an Online Assessment and a mandatory in-person Initial Consultation with a Microneedling Test before Phase 1 treatment.
Booking
Use the Book page to choose where you are in care. New microneedling patients begin with the Online Assessment. Jane booking opens in your care portal after Phase 1 payment and the matching clinical step.
Payment & financing
Discovery, microneedling sessions, Signature Pathways, and memberships can be purchased online through Stripe checkout. Payment options may include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna when offered. Availability depends on the offer and provider eligibility rules.
Preparation
Preparation depends on your skin presentation and plan. Assessment includes guidance on products, sun exposure, and other factors that may affect suitability and timing.
Aftercare
Temporary redness, sensitivity, or dryness can occur. Aftercare instructions are provided as part of the program and should be followed closely. Contact the practice with concerns between visits.
Cancellations
Please review the Cancellation Policy page for current timing requirements and fees. Advance notice helps preserve appointment access for other patients.
