Every new microneedling patient completes an Online Assessment, receives practitioner review, pays the $600 Phase 1 payment (Total Est. $620), attends a brief in-person Initial Consultation with a Microneedling Test, and receives an Eligibility Decision before Phase 1 treatment can begin. The Online Assessment alone does not authorize treatment.

The Initial Consultation is a mandatory in-person diagnostic appointment lasting approximately 15 minutes. The practitioner reviews your Online Assessment, examines the treatment area, performs a small Microneedling Test, observes the immediate response, and decides whether you may safely proceed into Phase 1 of the five-phase pathway.

Your $600 + tax & service fee Phase 1 payment (Total Est. $620) is required before the Initial Consultation and will be applied to the first phase of your five-phase microneedling pathway. During the Initial Consultation, the practitioner will perform a brief skin assessment and microneedling test to determine whether your skin can appropriately tolerate treatment. If the practitioner determines that microneedling is not appropriate for your skin, your Total Est. $620 payment will be returned to the original payment method within 30 days.

No. The public 30-day refund commitment applies specifically when the practitioner determines through the Initial Consultation that microneedling is not appropriate for your skin (a Clinical Ineligibility Refund). Cancellations, no-shows, scheduling changes, and voluntary withdrawals follow separately configured studio policies.

Most clients describe a mild prickling or pressure sensation. Comfort is managed throughout each session, and sensitivity varies by treatment area and individual tolerance. The Initial Consultation includes a limited Microneedling Test so your practitioner can observe your skin’s immediate response.

Expect mild redness similar to a sunburn for about 24–48 hours after treatment phases. Many people return to light routines the next day; your aftercare plan will be tailored to your skin and session.

The five-phase microneedling pathway includes 5 treatment phases after the Initial Consultation, typically one Saturday session per month, spaced to support progressive renewal and recovery.
