The Regenerative Studio is not simply a microneedling menu. Clinical microneedling is the primary stimulus when indicated — placed inside a practitioner-directed protocol that may draw on other supportive tools. Skin does not regenerate in isolation, and not every patient receives every modality.

Your treatment plan is selected according to your skin, concern, clinical history, tolerance, treatment objective and response over time.

Why clinical microneedling

Cosmetic needling and practitioner-directed treatment are not the same act.

Treatment begins by understanding the condition of your skin, how it is responding, and what kind of regenerative stimulus is appropriate. Depth, intensity, anatomy, sterile technique, and sequencing are clinical decisions — made after assessment, not chosen from a menu.

Individualized assessment
History, medications, barrier status, pigment risk, and the actual concern come before any needle depth is chosen.
Controlled depth and intensity
The same device can be used at very different depths. Clinical care calibrates stimulus to tissue, not to a marketing setting.
Anatomy and tissue response
Face, neck, and scalp are not interchangeable. Response during and after a test pass informs whether — and how — to proceed.
Sequencing and recovery
Collagen remodeling is time-dependent. Visits are paced so repair can complete rather than stacking injury.
Sterile technique

Five Saturdays, One Pathway

Once approved, care unfolds as five monthly Saturday sessions from September through May. Each phase payment unlocks the next available Saturday seat; up to seven patients per day, roughly hourly from 9am to 7pm EST.

Every new microneedling patient completes an Online Assessment, books a 15-minute online consultation, receives a practitioner recommendation, and is then invited to the $600 Phase 1 payment (Total Est. $620) before Phase 1 treatment can begin. pregnancy or breastfeeding, Botox or fillers in the past two weeks, or keloid history remain visible for practitioner review. The Online Assessment alone does not authorize treatment.

The 15-minute online consultation is a conversation and recommendation step. The practitioner reviews your Online Assessment, discusses your goals, answers questions, and recommends the appropriate pathway before any Phase 1 payment invitation.

No. Cancelling any Signature Pathway at any time incurs a $100 cancellation fee. The fee is the same on all five pathways, whether you cancel before Phase 1 or after later phases. A same-day visit cancellation or a missed Saturday visit incurs a $100 fee. You remain on the pathway. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is not this fee. Illness and emergencies are considered with discretion. The public 30-day refund commitment applies specifically when the practitioner determines that microneedling is not appropriate for your skin (a Clinical Ineligibility Refund). That is not a cancellation.

Most clients describe a mild prickling or pressure sensation during treatment. Comfort is managed throughout each session, and sensitivity varies by treatment area and individual tolerance.

Expect mild redness similar to a sunburn for about 24–48 hours after treatment phases. Many people return to light routines the next day; your aftercare plan will be tailored to your skin and session.
