Cancellation Policy

Appointments at The Regenerative Studio are reserved specifically for you. Please cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you cannot attend.

Notice requested

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as communicated at booking or in your confirmation materials.

Same-day changes

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and repeated late changes may affect future booking privileges. Illness and emergencies are considered with discretion — please contact the studio as soon as you can.

Program and prepaid visits

Multi-session programs, deposits, and prepaid pathways may have additional timing or forfeiture terms disclosed at enrollment. Session payments and financing arrangements follow the terms of the relevant payment or financing provider.

Phase 1 payment & clinical ineligibility

Your $600 Phase 1 payment (Total Est. $620) is required before the Initial Consultation and will be applied to the first phase of your five-phase microneedling pathway. During the Initial Consultation, the practitioner will perform a brief skin assessment and microneedling test to determine whether your skin can appropriately tolerate treatment. If the practitioner determines that microneedling is not appropriate for your skin, your Total Est. $620 payment will be returned to the original payment method within 30 days.

This Clinical Ineligibility Refund is distinct from cancellations, no-shows, scheduling changes, or voluntary withdrawal. It is not a satisfaction guarantee, and not every payment is refundable for any reason.
