Cancellation Policy

Appointments at The Regenerative Studio are reserved specifically for you. Please cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you cannot attend.

Notice requested

We request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a visit whenever possible. A same-day visit cancellation or a missed Saturday is a $100 fee while you remain on the pathway. Cancelling the Signature Pathway itself is also $100 — see below.

Same-day cancel and no-show

A same-day visit cancellation or a missed Saturday visit incurs a $100 fee. You remain on the pathway. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is not this fee. Illness and emergencies are considered with discretion.

Repeated late changes may affect future booking privileges. Please contact the studio as soon as you can.

Signature Pathway cancellation

Cancelling any Signature Pathway at any time incurs a $100 cancellation fee. The fee is the same on all five pathways, whether you cancel before Phase 1 or after later phases.

Rescheduling a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice is not a visit fee and is not cancelling a pathway. Session payments and financing arrangements follow the terms of the relevant payment or financing provider.

Phase 1 payment & clinical ineligibility

Your $600 + tax & service fee Phase 1 payment (Total Est. $620) is invited only after the 15-minute online consultation and practitioner recommendation. It will be applied to the first phase of your five-phase microneedling pathway. If the practitioner later determines that microneedling is not appropriate for your skin, your Total Est. $620 payment will be returned to the original payment method within 30 days.

This Clinical Ineligibility Refund is distinct from cancellations, no-shows, scheduling changes, or voluntary withdrawal. It is not a satisfaction guarantee, and not every payment is refundable for any reason.
