These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website operated by Ming Acupuncture, LLC under the brand The Regenerative Studio. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Informational purpose

Content on this website is for general educational and marketing purposes. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a guarantee of outcomes. Services involve risks and are not appropriate for everyone. For microneedling pathways, the Online Assessment does not independently authorize treatment. The practitioner recommends the appropriate pathway after the 15-minute online consultation.

Phase 1 payment & clinical ineligibility refund

Your $600 Phase 1 payment (Total Est. $620) is invited after the 15-minute online consultation and practitioner recommendation, and will be applied to the first phase of your five-phase microneedling pathway. If the practitioner determines that microneedling is not appropriate for your skin, your Total Est. $620 payment will be returned to the original payment method within 30 days. This is not a satisfaction guarantee and does not imply that all cancellations or changes of mind qualify for a refund.

Signature Pathway cancellation

Cancelling any Signature Pathway at any time incurs a $100 cancellation fee. The fee is the same on all five pathways, whether you cancel before Phase 1 or after later phases.

Same-day cancel and no-show

A same-day visit cancellation or a missed Saturday visit incurs a $100 fee. You remain on the pathway. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is not this fee. Illness and emergencies are considered with discretion.

Clinical ineligibility after practitioner review is not a cancellation and still follows the 30-day refund. See the Cancellation Policy for appointment notice.

No outcome guarantees

Results vary. Nothing on this website promises a specific clinical, aesthetic, or wellness result. Testimonials or illustrative language, if present, reflect individual experiences and are not predictive.

Booking & payments

Appointment availability, pricing, financing options, and program structures may change. Payment and financing providers (including Stripe and Klarna where offered) apply their own terms. Financing approval is never guaranteed by the practice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use automated systems to scrape or overload services. We may suspend access that interferes with site integrity or patient operations.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design elements are owned by Ming Acupuncture, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ming Acupuncture, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
